Great for starting out with basic fitness tracking metrics. After 7 months the display has a display bar missing and the goal setting now congratulates me for some where around 2k steps as having met my goal. Which is set at 10k. I did reset and start from scratch, which worked for about two weeks then back to 2k. I let it go. I have fun with the buzzing and fanfare throughout the day to track the mini milestones before I actually hit my daily step goal!

Warranty was purchased and paid in full at $160 5/29/25 & Best Buy canceled on 12/8/25. Claimed to have refunded $61 for the policy. Geek squad can't/won't help or provide number to speak with anyone. At time of purchase the policy covered loss, theft, accidental damage with a replacement.

The best warranty ever. Id they cant fix it the store replaces it.

The Fit Bit was frozen and it was replaced for free. I wish the Geek Squad would have taken the time (after being asked) to review the Fit Bit with us.

Always purchase on electronics. Saved me on a couple occasions.

Geek Squad is as a good warranty but if you pre-order a device and add Geek Squad warranty it starts the day you ordered it so if it takes 30 days to get you order then you lose 30 days because it starts the day's of purchase is better to buy the warranty at the store once you receive the item first versus online
