When I bought a smartwatch for my wife I offered a protection/replacement plan for the watch but I have not used the plan because the watch has not had any problems that needed fixing or replacing, therefore I can not say much about this protection plan

Only got this in case of loss of functionality but don't think it will be needed.

Had this watch for over two months only issue i have is lately the sleep mode is not consistent had to reset the watch

I purchased a protection plan on my previous couple fit bits and used it since the bands always broke after about a year and a half but now the cost has increased so much that I don’t know if it’s worth it. I had to pay so much out-of-pocket to get the new one I might as well have not wasted my money on the protection plan

Haven’t had to use it yet. Hopefully I never have to. But better safe than sorry

This is a great plan to have for those just in case accidents. You can never be too safe.

We had to have a previous watch replaced and were glad we had the protection.

I had a hard time syncing the device but once it's synced with my phone it was great!
