Purchasing Geek Squad Protection allowed me to get a full refund when my watch didn't work.

I have had to use the warranty when the band broke on my Surge model. The band was not replaceable and made the watch inoperable. Bestbuy made the exchange very easy.

I always pay extra for the warranties ... I don't mind to do it because I just go to the store and the solve my issues. I don't like to worry about my electronics.
