I have had to use the warranty when the band broke on my Surge model. The band was not replaceable and made the watch inoperable. Bestbuy made the exchange very easy.

Hopefully I won't need to use this insurance but I would hate for something to happen and not have it. It's a catch 22 but for the price it just gives me a little more piece of mind.

Not sure. I have never had to use it. I would like to think the Geek squad would be there if i needed it.

I always recommend getting the warranty. Best buy is always compliant with their warranty promise. They will replace your product.

So glad I purchased geek squad for my Fitbit, washed it a couple of times took it back and exchanged it for a different one. No questions asked and was easily replaced.

Having the product replacement has been wonderful for me. Something has always happened to my fitbit. If I didn't have the warranty, I would be paying full price to replace.

I feel like if you don't have got a bad extended warranty if you don't you're probably gonna regret it's If you've ever bought electronics you know what I'm talking

My smart watch stopped taking a charge. They refunded full purchase price on a Best Buy card to use towards next purchase. No hassle.

This is great because it protects my item for two years. Which is also my biggest issues because my item just broke after 731 days and for those of you who aren't good at math that 2 years and 1 day. And no they didn't honor it. Sad ending tbh.

My Charge 2 crystal cracked, without the protection plan I would have had to replace the Charge 2 at my cost. However, with the protection plan it was replaced right away.

My wrist band broke at the watch and could not be easily repaired. The lady at Customer Service said "No problem, pick out another watch". Just like that I got a new watch.

I'm so glad I got this warranty because I have needed to replace items before and they were s great help no out of pocket money.

Used their 2 year accidental coverage, and I am glad I purchased it. My previous laptop got damaged and they replaced it with a new one!
