Helps out to replace product which you would pay difference if any and pay for the proctection again. Not bad for replacing watch for 50 dllrs instead of gull price.

This watch does it’s job but can be improved upon. Had my son fly unaccompanied and this watch worked when he landed. He’s able to call me and text the little emojis. However the watch dies fast, I give it a school day before it needs to be charged. The location may sometimes lag as well but it’s a good started communication device for kids.

I got this protection on my s3 smartwatch because i work in a rough environment so no matter what happens if it no longer works bestbuy will replace it.
