I've had to use this twice with a Fitbit, once for the charging port and once for the band. Both times the issue was resolved effortlessly.

I didn't know I could get a warranty on my Fitbit. But I love that I have one. I haven't needed to use it yet. But it's nice to know it's there if needed.

GreekSquad took care of my issue for a previous watch that was acting up. They totally changed ordered me a new one and replaced it for a new one.

I haven't used this for my new product but have on past and it is well worth the money. If fitbit quits working take it to Best Buy and get a new one

I am so glad my son convinced me to add the Geek Squad protection plan. It's worth every penny. I will always include that with my future purchases.

This watch does it’s job but can be improved upon. Had my son fly unaccompanied and this watch worked when he landed. He’s able to call me and text the little emojis. However the watch dies fast, I give it a school day before it needs to be charged. The location may sometimes lag as well but it’s a good started communication device for kids.

if you dont sync the device daily, it will eventually add up and will never sync to the fitbit app. good thing I bought the 2 year plan from Best Buy

Make sure you get this for any mobile electronics you buy from Best buy. Their return or fix it policy is unmatched.

My husbans watch started acting crazy and they replaced it no problem.
