My fitbit stopped working for some unknown reason and Best Buy replaced it without question! Appreciated it!

It is nice to know if I break my purchased item I can go to the store and exchange it .

This is a must have for the fitbit. I have heard that the charger may go out so this is very easy to replace at the store.
