Haven't use them for the watch yet. But in the past I have purchased geek squad for my washer and dryer. It's impossible to get to them. When you call best buy it takes you through a phone tree and no one comes after waiting for an hour. Best bet is to chat online. They sent an outside company to check on an electric smell that was coming out of my washer. The guy said they can't do anything about it and best buy will never replace the product as promised when you purchase their big appliances. Waste of money!

Although I ended up returning this because it ultimately wasn't what I wanted, the setup was easy and the screen is fantastic. I wore it around for a few days and it was comfortable and not as bulky feeling as I initially thought it would be.
