I had a problem with my Samsung S3 watch had it replaced without any problem.

You need the warranty.. Just in case something does happen. One never knows!

It's costly, but if you're gonna sink 300-400 bucks on a watch and risk knocking it against something and breaking it (which is a higher possibility than you'd think even though it has Gorilla Glass 2) and spending $400 on a new one, you could've bought a warranty that covers everything. 3 stars because it costs so much, but if you wanna protect your devices and you're clumsy like i am, get the warranty. It's a no brainer.

I gave 5 stars, but just hope my watch doesn't get lost or stolen as it is not covered then.

Definitely consider getting the warranty no questions asked they're very helpful.

I purchased the Geek Squad 2 yr protection plan. I haven't had to use it yet!

Open box excellent, what i got was just the watch thrown in a big box nothing else, no orginal packaging, no power cord ..Definitely not as advertised i went to the store basicly was told i got a good deal and refused to give me the charge cord that it should of come with, one manger was great and did try the other well not so great...you are taking a chance with open box and their badicly false advertising

I always get insurance on things like this just to protect myself in the long run

I highly recommend for people like me who have the tendency to get things wet to have.

I have had to have a couple of items returned under the program and it was done quickly.
