      The protection plan is a good idea if you are hard on your possessions. I have heard that the straps break on the fitbits, and that is why i purchased the protection.

      Haven’t needed a claim, but Best Buy will make it very difficult due to receipt tracking should I need to file one. Wish the Protection Policy would accept the Best Buy App purchase at time of purchase and log it in right away and save the information to make life easier. Don’t know if Incan recommended this until I’m put in a situation to have to try and file a claim
