always I take it it's really functional and effective

I bought this as a birthday gift for my sister it is her first smartwatch. She said very simple to learn how to use it ..she loves that you can change the bands and give it a different look,said she would definitely buy this watch again.

I had a problem with my watch charging. I went into store, they looked it up to confirm warranty and told me to get a new one off the shelf. No questions asked. A must have for any tech gear.

Haven't had to use it for this purchase, but I have in the past so I am rating it off of past experiences. Excellent service, will always purchase to protect my electronics.

The geek squad service is great and well worth getting the extra protection. They will replace or give a gift card for new purchase if anything goes wrong.

I had a different tracker before and the band broke. Because I carried this warranty, I was able to replace with the most similar item at no cost. I always buy the Geek Squad extension.

It's the best protection service I ever got. Everytime something broke, I brought it in and got the plan and got the replacement.

Hopefully we wont have to use it but its great we have the option if need be.

Great for unlucky or tends to drop things. I have rarely had a problem with geek squad report. The only time I had a real problem, they did what the could to make me happy.

Excellent to have when things go south with the tech. Used the service with a headphone for my wife and we got a new pain for free.

We don't buy anything with purchasing an extended warranty. Over the years on different products (microwave and TV) Geek Squad has always provided fast quality service. The warranty team members are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Getting this addition protection, from Best Buy, is the only way I would have purchased my Samsung Watch. No questions if need to replace. LOVE IT!
