I wanted to get a handle on my daily routine and sleep patterns. The Alta was easy to set up. It does its job on activity, but if I sit knitting for hours, as I do, the Alta interprets this as restless sleep.

Its, good but just i use to check, my steps, my sleep, one thing is the wrist band, it sweat to much, other than that is good, i need to figure everything out..

I would definitely recommend getting this for all big ticket items at Best Buy. They really stand behind the warranty and the service has always been great.

had gotten a tv from BB few months ago. It started to give a blue tint on images. when geek squad said they were unable to repair it, they refunded the entire money on the Tv. absolutely happy about it! :)

I always get the protection plan and it serves me pretty well

My other watch died, i got a brand new one moreover and i only paid like $14- like that.

I have had good luck with geek squad protection. Makes life easy for my wife if anything goes wrong she can go to BBuy and get the issue resolved.

I don't buy anythingfrom Best Buy without buying the protection plan now. They are so easy to work with. Twice I've had a fitness tracker die and Best Buy has covered the replacement without any hassle.

Warranty is worth every penny highly recommend to get if your purchase is more than $ 100 dollars .

Purchased the protection plan in the event the watch ever was broken, dropped, etc. I have used the replacement plans in the past and have always been pleased with the Best Buy experience.

Because this is a watch, and is on the wrist, many things can happen to damage it, so I think this is money well spent, getting not just a warranty for not functioning, but a complete warranty, no matter how it happened.

Have to have this with my wearables since I’m in construction. Have used it a couple of times.

My daughter attends a college 7 hours from home. When she had a problem with her computer, she just went to Best Buy and the Geek Squad was there to help.
