I appreciate the convenience that purchasing so wide of a variety of needed items at Best Buy provides to my community.

This added security has benefited me in the past when I’ve had issues with product failures. Would not think about purchasing electronics without this value service from Best Buy.

I purchased the extra accidental protections or my Fitbit charge 2. It will cover the battery and anything that happens to it that might not be covered under the manufacturers warranty.

I received my Samsung - Gear S3 Frontier Smartwatch as a gift & the gift giver also added on the 2-year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement. Better safe, than sorry.

I always recommend that by The geek squad protection plan just in case of any unfortunate mishaps they take care of all your needs

I did not get to use this because I returned my watch but I am sure if I kept my watch it would have been a great protection plan

Had to return my Fitbit charge used the warranty I had purchased no problem at all they returned it no questions. If you buy a Fitbit I strongly suggest you get the warranty

Since I could not reconnect my Fitbit to my cellphone I had to return it to the store and get a new one. Best Buy gave me no problem with the return because I had this GREAT WARRANTY.

Bought for my Fitbit in case of any issues and worked great when I did start having issues with my Fitbit. I was able to take in and just swap it out for a new one which was awesome!

The cost for Geek Squad protection has gone up slightly but it's still a good option to have. Too many things break too quickly or just stop working. I can depend on this for a replacement.

I would never purchase a fitness tracker without the plan!! I would be out a lot of money from failed fitbits, but thanks to the protection plan, I'm covered. Worth the investment!

Best Buy has the best warranty out there. I highly recommend it for anything you buy.

I'm not tech savvy, so to me, it's always worth it to pay the few extra dollars for peace of mind and ease of replacement/service. And the In-Store Reps are always patient and kind.
