There is new changes to how squad replacement work which starts charging you as early as the return policy of 14 days for some items or 30 or 45 days for other items. It wasn't always like this in the past year. I shop here a lot. I even have their credit card. Keep it like it was before and it would be good.

We buy the warranty with everything we buy. I have had very few problems with the warranty. All of our fit bits have a warranty and I wouldn't buy one from anywhere else with out one.

Im a Android person with this watch i hardly need my ear buds because i can answer my phone and talk

My Fitbit was about two months shy of the two year old mark when I managed to break a wrist band mounting tab. Took it in and got a replacement no questions asked.

Works well I upgraded to the active 4 . I dropped my watch and replaced it with the greek squad insurance

Got it incase my watch broke have not had to use it but its the piece of mind knowing if something goes wrong i have it.

I haven't had to use warranty so I will l give it 5 stars right now. May change if I have a problem and they don't fix problem.
