      Every time I buy one of these protections plans they are never used so it seems like a good idea because you want to protect your purchase but in the end you end up just spending extra money because she don't use it it would be better if it was for the lifetime of the product

      This was a good warranty to purchase. I was able to return my smart watch and either exchange it for a new one or receive a Best Buy gift card for the full amount. The only con is you can't get a refund in your original form of payment. You can ONLY receive a Best Buy gift card.
