    The plan is written to be very generic, so they have plenty of excuses to deny your claim.

    I asked for full protection. And I paid almost $100 for this "insurance". Watch was stolen and this doesnt help at all. Not even a percentage off for a new one. So upset ! I am a long time best buy customer. So very upset with the "insurance" they offered me after stating that I will pay however much for FULL COVERAGE on this electronic

    I usually have problems with geek squad but las fit bit I bought only lasted 5 months and I'm out of $160 bucks cause I didn't get insurance I hope I don't have to use it just so I don't have to deal with geek squad

    I don't like Geek Squad because of the simple fact; they don't give you back your taxes when you have to use your warranty to return your product.

    I had my galaxy 2 watch for a Year sent it in for a repair needles to say it wasn't fixed right i was reimbursed for my watch but not this plan

    I bought the protection with the first one and never needed it because it was stolen after just a month. Unfortunately, that is not covered. Probably wont need it but I got it again anyway.

    I started realizing that I never used this geek squad, maybe if some people who really need help with technology more worth that I really need it.

    The watch did not work at all. I paid a few hundred dollars. I reached out to Garmin and there was no response. I still have the watch that is not performing as promised. If i could share a rating of Zero stars, i would.

    What all does it cover on the watch the battery is not lasting as long as it did a few months back does it cover the watch band also

    When we purchased the 2 year accident protection, they gave us a generic booklet that had nothing to do with what we purchased

    I purchased this service thinking they could actually work on my Galaxy S9 they said initially they could at least ship it a third party to look at it, then they said theres nothing they could do except sell me a refurbished phone replacement at over $250 dollars since they are not authorized to work on it (many complaints about thier refurnished phones can be found) please make it right Best Buy/geek squad!!

With an S9, the replacement would more than likely be a brand new device since the model is still fairly new.     I bought the protection because I was concerned the watch would not hold up. I ended up returning the watch, so I don't know if I really would have needed the protection.
