I do connect by myself, very easy to do and download.

This is great because it protects my item for two years. Which is also my biggest issues because my item just broke after 731 days and for those of you who aren't good at math that 2 years and 1 day. And no they didn't honor it. Sad ending tbh.

I always purchase the replacement program from Best Buy. Sometimes thing break or get broken by accident, and I want my products covered.

I'm so glad I got this warranty because I have needed to replace items before and they were s great help no out of pocket money.

Insurance is a total waste of money...... till you need it! I do construction work for a utility and bought this just in case. Haven't had to use it watch is pretty durable.

The product replacement is a lifesaver at times. It'll replace what it is but you have to pay for a new replacement program. Which is a lot cheaper than the option.

Warranty was purchased and paid in full at $160 5/29/25 & Best Buy canceled on 12/8/25. Claimed to have refunded $61 for the policy. Geek squad can't/won't help or provide number to speak with anyone. At time of purchase the policy covered loss, theft, accidental damage with a replacement.

Not sure. I have never had to use it. I would like to think the Geek squad would be there if i needed it.

I purchased another type of watch before, but this Galaxy 4 watch has all the functions i desired.

Get the Geek protection if you buy a Samsung product! Samsung does not support their products or their customers, Samsung has the worst customer service in the world!

This is a no brainer when purchasing a smart watch. Great to have the peace of mind that best buy will fix it I need case of an accident, and I bang my arm/wrist all the time.

Best protection you can get. My watch was just swapped after cracked screen.

All around best investment ever. Love how my kids break things cause their kids but I have a back up service to ensure I didn't just throw all the $$$$ down the drain.

If anyone purchases anything from Best Buy the protection plan they offer with it is a must. I don't buy anything without it, no questions asked they just take care of it.

They were great, when my fitness tracker wouldn't charge they refunded me everything and help me pick out something different because they no longer had mine. No questions asked
