Geek squad insures your well taken care of with a product wether it’s to return or damaged they will always help you by any means necessary and will give you advice on your best options and that’s why I keep returning to this place for the outstanding service

Always worth it for those times you go OOPS, did that several times this year for the most part Best Buy and Geek Squad were helpful in a fast and effiecient manner. Only problem I had was when I crashed my drone and it took them two weeks to tell me they were just going to give me my money back, usually they do it there and then not sure what that was about but other than that yea I guess just dont forget to check in on status of items just to be safe so they dont lose you in the system

I'm torn with the service, I'm sure the staff do great work and I'm actually friends or acquaintances of one of them and I know for a fact he's a straight shooter. My only issue, is I buy the service and nothing ever happens. If I don't buy the service, something generally happens.

I love the Geek Squad! Almost every single electronic I bought at Best Buy have this warranty! Because they are the best and if they can’t fix it usually what ever you spent on that product you can use for store credit or they’ll just give you a new one! Save me sooo much money! Love them!

Geek Squad service is a must if you get anything. The 2-year accidental service is necessary if you break your item on accident. The customer service as well is on point and very fast. I would recommend it and the price usually depends on the product, but it is usually worth it.

Make sure to or for the extended warranty. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it!!!

Reliable services as advertised, experts in problems and finding suitable solutions that keep the best interest for all to assure a functional device as advertised be repaired and or off all fails maybe replaced or receive a credit back if the rare occurrence that it may not be fixed to its stock condition/performance. Always recommend Geek Squad to all!
