If there's a hardware failure, we'll repair or replace your product
This could be a problem with an internal part, how the computer accessory was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity.
If your computer accessory won’t turn on because of a power surge, count on us to make it right
You're covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
