I love this two years accidental replacement membership this is amazin. Sometimes things happen give yourself the peace of mind especially if you have a little one sometime accident happened but having this product will save you a lot of money

glad I had the squad at my back! Old trakball had lost parts when I moved, and they were exceptionally helpful to me. Th store I purchaced the trakball at did not have the one I was asking about, and they said I could get the other style,(just pay difference in cost) I did, and will keep my geek squad protection for as long as i can! it's worth every penny!

The geek squad is an exceptionally good value. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of their work. I only use them to service my computers because they always do a better job than in-house personnel. I've had trouble loading software due to a glitch in the software itself.

Haven't used the protection plan for the item purchased it with recently, BUT I have used the protection plan in the past for other items I had one with and it's a good option just to be on the safe side of things. Either you will get a repair or replacement and that will save you from having to buy a new item after using it for a period of time within the plan period of coverage.

Had issues with 1 of my controllers they replaced it after a year with no questions. Highly recommend

[Employee of bestbuy] Got this for my Razer Orochi mouse just because I know a lot of gaming mice are prone to double clicking issues. This is just for reassurance in case that does happen to my gaming mouse, so I can just go and get it exchanged at a Best Buy store.

[Employee of bestbuy] The ability to swap your item out for a new one if it stops working is just too good and I have yet to see a superior plan from another retailer.

Came with the computer and nothing special (wireless) but they do work good. The function keys require that you hold down a fn key and the press the number key like for renaming a folder or file you have to hold down the fn key and at same time hit the #2 key. A little different but you can get use to it. Mouse is just a simple mouse nothing special but wireless and works.

Extended warranty is the only way to go with electronics these days.
