Reasonably priced and since I bought it for a computer which is a gift, this makes it an more valuable gift. Especially since I bought it for a crazy psycho who has a temper and will likely break the touchpad like she did last time. Physical damage warranties work well for us. Send help along with a dustpan and broom. LOL

Geek squad has save me so much in the past so it only made sense to continue to protect my products with geek squad. The geek squad at my local Best Buy is so well trained and they have excellent customer service and don’t give me issues if I come across any with my products. Worth it for peace of mind if anything.

I got this for my headset which I return every two years. Geek Squad however is hit or miss. I brought a laptop my and they told me they replaced the motherboard and the hard drive on it. The motherboard was changed but I don’t have a hard drive…….. I have an SSD.

Haven’t needed to use it yet for this headset. But in the past when purchasing a $200 headset this service has been a godsend, in replacing the headset with an exact one right off the shelf for no additional cost! So worth it!

My mouse died 7 months after purchase and I'd have had to deal with the manufacturer w/o the replacement warranty. I walked out with a new mouse. They didn't have the matching replacement so they gave me a full refund and I bought one on sale for less.

Not that I needed it since everything I buy from you guys is top of the line. The service provided by the team is always spotless and right to the heart of the problem. Kudos!

Warranty are great, however Best Buy now does manufacturer warranty if still under that they use that first. Your looking at over two weeks or more before seeing your product again if even fully repaired.

I purchased the accidental Geek Squad Protection to protect my devices as if I were protecting my financial investments. The Geek Squad Protection plan implements guidelines that serve as all around security blanket for my purchases. The plan covers a reasonable number of causes and cases that would need to be serviced.

Geek squad protection plan is worth it. Those geeks can fix just about anything and if they can't, you just get your product replaced. Easy decision in my book

This is well worth the money. I've used it so many time not only for the computers but for kindles and portable DVD players. It saves you hundreds of dollars and Best Buy recommend that you bring your devices in annually even if there is nothing wrong with them to have them checked and cleaned up.

Worth every penny! My son's last headset quit charging 20 months after we purchased it. Two year protection plan covered the full value paid which could be applied to any model.

Hopefully I will not have to use it for my XBox product but if I do glad to have it.

Absolutely love Best Buy’s replacement plan. Other places their plans are a scam but BBs is actually worth every penny. I always get it with every electronic purchase

Love this replacement plan for monitors, headsets and keyboards, however, i bought it for all 5 computers that I purchased from Best Buy and when I had continuous problems with one of them , they made it impossible to exchange. Thanks god I had geek squad tech support because they worked in that computer multiple times w no extra charge . It seems that the replacement plan is just a waste of money on computers, so unfair because I spent a lot on the insurance and was unable to use it. Get geek squad tech support if possible, much better use of it.
