Recently, my son bought a computer but we couldn’t get it to work. Geek Squad came the next day and fixed it in 15 minutes!!! My whole family just loves Geek Squad! The replacement plan is the best warranty Best Buy offers, i say it’s 99% worth it for any item you may think can be prone to accidents or simply it stops working. Then it’s just a straight swap for new product, no wait time to fix it.
