As a photographer, I use this product on a daily basis to store all of my RAW/JPEG format files. It's fast. Reliable. Never had an issue with it yet. Works for all of my storage needs. As long as you take care of it and don't bump, or drop it AND make sure you eject the device properly every time before unplugging.. you shouldn't have any issues with it!

Worth the investment. It has already helped us by being able to replace an item covered under this at no cost to us. I would gladly purchase this again.

The staff was wonderful to work with when the product broke, they replaced it with a new one no questions asked. Normally I do not purchase extended warranties, but after this incident, I am inclined to do so for more expensive items.

Best buy warranties are worth every penny. The exchange/replacement process is so painless and easy. Walk in with defective item, out a few minutes later with a new one. Doesnt get much easier

It is a must for any electronic, even if you decide you don't like a product, bring it back and put the money towards a different one, you can literally use something for 1-2 years then bring it back at 1 year 11 months and get a new piece of equipment. Awesome feature.

I got a full refund on my last pair of headphones that snapped after near one full year of just normal use. It was a simple process to get a full refund and I just put the money towards getting a nicer pair with same protection as well. I trust it

I always buy Geek Squad support when it is available depending on the item. It has come in handy a few times in getting a free replacement for and item that became defective.

Best mouse and keyboard ive ever owned… but Flow can get twitchy. Probably works best if youre hardwired or if your devices are near enough to the wireless router.

Their protection plan is always great! I would highly recommend to get.

Bought this warranty with the headset. The headset broke. I did not have a receipt and Best Buy returned it with no questions asked. They looked up my warranty with my phone number. Went flawlessly. I normally don’t buy the warranty but it was cheap and paid off for once.
