value good, good for protection value of my purchase

One of the best services of any retail store in today's market. I always try to get this service any time I purchase something from Best Buy.

This is a very good product, and worth the price. Would buy again.

Honestly worth the money. Purchased an $80 gaming mouse almost a year ago and the mouse wheel started malfunctioning pretty badly. Took the mouse in and was able to swap it with a brand new one for only $14.99. Definitely worth it.

My geek squad service is perfect I can trade any item I put it on with ease and even if this item is damaged which is even better.

Best Buy has good customer service,so this was an easy decision for me on my more expensive items(especially if i dont buy sony).

This is an excellent kitchen tool. My wife purchased it for mixing and chopping. Truth be told I use it the most, making my 13 year old slushies. Freeze some Pepsi or Pepsi zero or your favorite drink in an ice cube tray and boom! slush in a few seconds.

This keyboard is great, the keys are smooth, quiet and percise . Nob for controlling your music it has rgb . Overall its great i, it is a little pricy though. Highly recommended it.

Can’t get enough of quality keyboards. Despite having one on the laptop, the separate keyboard lets me keep my hands out of view so I can focus on the screen

Havent had a need for it recently but geek squad is always nice and able to give an assessment repair or replacement!

If you like to be able to just connect and go, this is the one to get because all you have to do is connect it up and then select the color that you want and your are super good to go!

Didn’t really use the service but they haven’t been bad in the past. Last time we used their services maybe they just say over the phone instead of us coming in to find out they don’t have anyone qualified in custom computers. We should have known.

This headset was overall pretty great, I bought it as a gift and so far it been working perfectly. My only complaint is that even when its on and in use, you can still hear the noise pretty loudly if your not using it and in the same room when it's not even that loud when on. Other than that it's been great.

Geek squad is always good seevice, they are always very helpful and great at helping you understand anything you need to know!

Great Keyboard Mouse Combo. Just make sure you have a USB port to plug in the mouse to your laptop or tower. I purchased a 2 year accidental replacement just in case I had any issues. So far the keyboard works great and I would recommend.
