The keyboard and mouse work like a dream, I like the big buttons on the keyboard I don't make as many mistakes now.

Its a must have!! You cant buy any electronics without it. It's so beneficial just in case someone goes wrong with your product.

I get Geek Squad Protection on all of my products. Definitely worth it since they replace or repair it instead of having to buy another one. Saves a decent amount of money.

Got it for my boyfriend! It’s very nice so far the only issue we have is with razers program poopin out occasionally. But when it works it’s great.

The headphones are really confortable and light, great for using them a couple of hours for gaming or at work. I have been using them for more than a year daily and haven’t had any wear.

So far using this for headphones and such has been a blessing. Anything pretty much is covered. When you use it to replace your item you do need to purchase the replacement plan but that’s to be expected. All in all a super buy.

Dont know how effective it will be if i ever have an issue with my item but it wasn’t that much and could help me out at some point.

This is an excellent kitchen tool. My wife purchased it for mixing and chopping. Truth be told I use it the most, making my 13 year old slushies. Freeze some Pepsi or Pepsi zero or your favorite drink in an ice cube tray and boom! slush in a few seconds.

The way I carry around my iPad w/my mini backlite keyboard I believe always have the option just in case i drop it or something occurs that i would kick myself not having my plan B.

I have gotten a lot of use from this set and would buy another if i had to. Im pleased with how it works and the fact that it was easy to connect.

I would recommend getting the accidental geek squad replacement because they take of so many issues if they arise.

I was able to treat these in and just pay another $10 so I could get new headphones. It was a good deal

Great Keyboard Mouse Combo. Just make sure you have a USB port to plug in the mouse to your laptop or tower. I purchased a 2 year accidental replacement just in case I had any issues. So far the keyboard works great and I would recommend.

Absolutely love this plan. Anytime my devices have a malfunction, it covers it and is an easy process to claim.

Definitely worth it. Accidents happen. Better to have it and not need it (hopefully), than to need it and not have it.

When my corsair virtuoso XT broke I went in hoping to exchange in store but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. I grabbed a different headset as a part of the exchange but it wasn’t up to my standards of use. When I went to return it the bestbuy store ended up charging me full pricing of my original headset as opposed to the sales price I had originally bought it for. I ended up losing so much money because bestbuy couldn’t honor their own system. Then when I realized bestbuy did not prioritize any customer satisfaction or service I was backed into a corner since all my money was tied up in these transactions. If I left with nothing I’m out of money. If I order it again I still lose money. Bestbuy was horrible in this entire transaction I had multiple employees “express” sympathy as it’s “corporate” for every scapegoat they needed. When I asked for additional support they advised me to seek out a corporate email on my own and write something. No complaint filing in store no reference to any higher management and no support. The service desk was uninterested, unsupportive, and all rotating staff to not be responsible for my transactions. Everyone acknowledged the receipt discrepancies but no one wanted to help or see if there’s anything to be done. Just “that’s the way it is” and passed off to the next in their chain of command unprompted. Horrible experience.

Having Geek Squad Protection gives me the peace of mind knowing that they'll take care of repairs if something goes wrong and my manufacturer warranty doesn't cover it or after my warranty ends.

After two broken headsets, I will never not buy coverage again! Geek squad is great just hoping I won’t have to use it ☺️
