Geek Squad never disappoints. I always get the warranties at Best Buy because of the Geek Squad

The geek squad package is great. It really gives you peace of mind knowing that your items are covered completely against "life happens" virus debugging after an accidental download!

I have not had to use their service yet, but it is nice knowing it is available

Best warranty package money can buy at a store they've never denied my claims and have always helped me find the replacement item

He’s a blunt review.. at $250+ dollars, it is not worth it. The only reason I game this headset a shot is because my Razer Blackhawk V2 gave out. Paid $170 for the Razer a few years ago. The mic quality on this Pro X 2 is THE SAME. We all know GHUB is pathetic- even with my top of the line setup it took some work around to get the headset to register into GHUB. Even then, with their “Blue Vo!ce” option enabled, you still sound as if your mic was submerged in a tunnel. The sound quality is the same as a Sony MDR 7506 from three decades ago. Over priced. Look at alternatives.

The main reason I shop at best buy is this great warranty. Devices these days aren't made to last very long.

Definitely worth it to have the peace of mind when it comes to an expensive tech purchase. You can just walk into the store, tell them whats wrong and they replace the product. hopefully I dont need to use it.

I get the Geeksquad coverage one everything I buy at Best Buy. They take back products that break without question and make it easy to exchange so well worth the investment in anything electronic.
