I purchased this for my husbands go pro and so far I have no complaints. Service is always great and timely.

Sometimes the warranty works well with some instances and it depends on who you talk to make things right.

The geek squad doesn't no what they are doing because if they did the geek squad certified earbuds that I got from them was supposed to be fixed and good as new. They are not good as new purchased on. May the second got them on May the fourth Not working on ten three twenty twenty five
