Is ok recommendation for vacation and Fanny days

The light is not very bright and the clip that holds my phone won’t stay on, pops right off.

Hope I don't use this ever, can't remember what I bought it for. Better safe than sorry.

Haven't had to use it so can't really review. Kind of expensive.

YOU DONT SEEM TO REALLY END UP NEEDING ITIN MY OPINION

You have to schedule an appointment to go in to have them try to fix item. When they can't you have to wait for them to send you a new item. (This wasn't clear when purchasing here) If I had known this I wouldn't have purchased here. Save yourself the inconvenience, buy product elsewhere!!! Due to the inconvenience of trying to use protection plan I will no longer shop at best buy!

On July 6, I purchased this Geek Squad (GS) coverage along with a Logitech 920s webcam. The cam quit working, during a Zoom meeting, on August 28. I had used it approximately 6 times. I opened a chat with GS. They said I should download software from Logitech to fix the problem. While I was looking at Logitech's website, GS closed the chat. I wound up contacting Logitech directly to fix the problem.

Way too expensive. Only bought it because the item it protects is a gift and I didn't want it to break and not be replaceable.

They replaced the camera but i had to buy the warranty again? Whats the point

Geek squad has let me down. Used to recccomend them to everyone but now it is a joke they want you to have that total tech subscription

Geek squad is a joke, they don’t seem to know how to fix anything nor put in the effort.

Couldn't get the help I needed with this warranty so now I don't buy best buy warranties anymore.

I don't know why I keep buying these, it rarely works out to my favor, should just buy lottery tickets, similar outcome

Rotten floor service. Two young workers were gabbing and couldn't be bothered.

I always put geek squad protection on all my Best Buy purchases

This service gves me peace of mind. Great customer service, expertise and great care. Staff is amazing.
