- If there's a hardware failure, we'll repair or replace your product: This could be a problem with an internal part, how the digital imaging device was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity.
- No out-of-pocket costs for parts or labor: We take care of 100% of the costs of parts and labor for covered repairs and failures, with no hidden fees.
- If your digital imaging device won’t turn on because of a power surge, count on us to make it right: You’re covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
- You can transfer your Geek Squad Protection: When you sell or give someone your covered product, Geek Squad Protection is still in effect, with no additional charges or restrictions. Call 1-800-433-5778 (8 a.m.-9 p.m. CT) to transfer.
