Obtaining the Geek Squad's technical support for all of my electronic devices is rewarding. My only complaint at this time would be their appointment only policy. There could be a time when my laptop or phone may crash or become compromised. These are essential electronics needed for everyday operations in the day and age we're living in. Knowing you've paid for this very expensive tech support and being turned around at the counter because I hadn't made an appointment is quite disturbing. Just my opinion, why not have a couple of Geek Squad technician available to assist walk-in customers. For this reason I'd be reluctant to recommend the Geek Squad Technical Support.

Always Always Always get this protection, it makes things super easy to swap out if pretty much anything goes wrong with a product. The people at my local store are always very nice even when they are super busy. There are a few things that I do not personally get the protection on because of how long it takes to ship out to get them fixed. But small items like these headphones its a must.

The replacement coverage is very much worth it on most items. If you get a 2 year replacement option on a microphone, chances are in those 2 years you’ll run into some problem. Now think along those same lines with light bulbs, electric tooth brush, razors, etc. it makes sense!

I purchase every big ticket item from Best Buy because of their 2-year replacement. I have had to use it and had no questions asked. I end up buying other items that I don't get the replacement plan on as well. I also use them for recycling old electronics. They keep me coming back for one reason or another... brilliant on their part. Best Buy is the best, hands down.

I purchased this when my camera light because I knew the extended warrant at Best Buy was a good one. I have used the warranty in the past and know it is a headache free and easy to use process.

Great product. Easy to use and operate. Takes some practice but like anything else. Once you get it, you'll enjoy it.

[Employee of bestbuy] These days products are not made with the same quality as they used to be. I always get the protection plan with anything I purchase. Having the Best Buy Geek Squad Protection Plan is a must have.

Not sure why anyone would go without getting the insurance for any product you've spent your hard-earned money on. I made the mistake of not having and boy was I not happy when the uncertain event happened that would have allowed me to replace the damaged product. As I said before, never again will I be caught with the replacement insurance.

I buy most of my electronics at Best Buy because I love the Geek Squad warranty. I've never had an issue with it.

I lovey geek squad protection. I get it in each piece of tech I buy and coupled with being a total tech member you are basically covered for any and everything! Have 3 kids, I never know if something will break so I purchase this as a precaution so thT if something happens I am able to get a replacement. This is a must if you have children.

Great battery pack for my streaming camera! Use it at a lot of softball games!

I had to use this when my computer slipped and fell. They fixed it like brand new. The coverage did exactly what it said it would. Haven’t had any problems with my computer.

I love it the time I go to the store to ask questions to the geek gang. They have all been very helpful to me when I need answers and how to deal with my computer or other items I have bought.

I could see the crab nebula even all the plantes plus you can make it so your whole family can see it with good optics this telescope is financially really good for saving money
