Having a replacement plan is always great. The Geek Squad people have always been great if I have had an issue.

Bought this for my sons gaming headset. We have gone through about 4 or 5 pairs of headsets so this time I wanted to make sure if something happens I can just take them in for repair or replacement.

I buy the geek squad with everything I buy from best buy. This is a great value although I always price match and the employees always mess this up so then I pay double for the price of protection plan.
