Geek squad very good service. I bought a PlayStation 5 controller. if there are any problems I just take in BestBuy and geek squad works on it.

I always get insurance on everything I buy. It’s one of the main reasons I purchase items from Best Buy. If they didn’t have this protection I would probably buy my electronics for Walmart.

I would highly recommend always getting the 2 year geek squad product warranty plan highly worth the extra money. If anything breaks you can return item very easy. Great plan to have on all electronics.

Love the GSP-Replacement program. Product that was defective was easily replaced with a brand new one hassle free. It’s definitely worth it if it has the R next to the protection plan.

So glad I got the replacement plan. My son used his controller and then one of the keys started to stick. Having the replacement plan took care of replacing the controller and made my son happy.

I think best buy 2 yr accident replacement on xbox wireless controller is great. It is a bit pricier than some but if they can fix ir replace in the store they do it right then,no mailing it it.

I got this for my xbox elite series 2 controller because it wasnt a cheap buy and I hear that they tend to mess up from time to time but hopefully it doesnt but the protection is still there :)

geek squad know their stuff when it comes to things malfunctioning! they get to the point and are swift with their answers as to why the item is malfunctioning

A must if you own a controller for the kids and the big kids too ,like me lol, you never know when there might be an accident

This is the best. If it is GSP-R (Geek Squad Protection Replacement) you just take it back to Best Buy if it stops working and they'll give you store credit in the amount you paid for the product!

The warranty is the best bang for your bucks. I recommend it
