We bought the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Xbox headset for my son. After two months, the mic quit. We invoked the Geek Squad plan. Four months later, headset number two gave up the ghost. We're now on headset number three, about two months in. Both headsets had microphone failure. The headphones themselves were flawless -- great for music and such, but if your friends can't hear you, what good are they. Thankfully I was able to get the headsets replaced quickly in store. Very happy!

The best thing you can buy when you shop electronics. Local stores so you just stop by have your defective product exchanged or completely refunded minus the protection plan of course. Electronics are an investment for your entertainment so protect your money. I have had two 75 inch TVS replaced at no cost but another service plan. The tvs have been newer and better models so to me it’s a win win.

They are definitely good at their job and always handle all my electronic needs!

It super useful because before it expires I can just go get it replaced and get a new one and all I have to do is just pay for the 2 year warranty again which is better then buying the whole thing again

The products have amazing quality but accidents can happen. I would totally recommend getting this product as it is a plus on your purchases. Nice and diligent staff.

Always great to have extra protection. Products eventually wear down and when the manufacturers warranty ends, geek squad will be there to help out or replace product.

Geek Squad protection is like car insurance. Don't drive your expensive electronics without it. I used to spend $60 on a new controller every few months when my triggers or my joysticks stopped worked. A $20 Geek Squad protection plan changed that. Now when they break in a few months, I can count on Best Buy to swap it out with a working product, buy a new protection plan and keep it moving. For items that experience wear and tear, there's nothing better.

So far I have never had an issue with ny electronics being fixed or replaced!

I don't like how if I pay for yearly it will automtically remove any geek squad protection for the products I had before that and mainly only keep geeksquad protection. Had to manually get this fixed. Also the pc builders don't do the entire job you request. They miss a few wires. I would only recommend for purely renewing items.

I definitely recommend the extended protection. Never had a problem with it.

After my last device broke and I had to get a replacement, Geek Squad made sure I knew I could get a warranty on the replacement just in case!

This was the replacement of a headset that was damaged. I always recommend getting the warranty for small items. I was able to bring back the broken item, get it exchanged and was on my way within 5 minutes. I’m not sure why anyone wouldn’t want this service. The pros at Geek Squad are always quick and professional, and make the exchange process hassle free.

My son love these controllers and has several of them. Just brought him this one as one of his stockings stuff for Christmas. One advice that I have is! if you have anyone that is a hard gamer like my son put the warranty to protect for stick drift.

I am so glad of have a habit of buying the protection plan on all of my electronics. My son was using the VR headset for the first time and lunched forward, crashing into my desk. He was fine, but the desk and the headset, no so much. Best Buy replaced the VR headset without question. Now if i only had a service plan on my desk from the furniture store.
