we can never find my previous purchases especially when i need to exchange a product or when I have purchased protection plans very frustrating ! I also tryed to purchase protection plan again and the price doubled .

I’ve called him on the phone and spoke with them I’ve always get an answer and he came into the store figured out things are all online cannot be found

This is a must have for the turtle headphones. They tend to fail at the swing mic connection.

Bought this for my grandson as a replacement for earlier headsets that no longer work. This warranty will likely come to be used shortly unfortunately.
