Always great, haven't used it on this purchase but i have before.

Don't know what to say other than return replacement is great I love it

Bought this along with an XBOX Elite Controller 2. 6 weeks after purchase the controller suffers from extreme left stick drift. Went to return Controller for replacement and the BB's in my area are completely out of stock with no word on when they will have them back in stock. So much for that walk-in/walk-out return.

Like to get warranty just in case something happens

Geek squad service is great I always get it for my controllers

Great for accidental damage and breaks. 2 year full replacement if can't be fixed.

Don't think i ended up using it, but nice to have just in case.

It always the safe buy. Hate it doesn’t transfer over if you’re replacing an item tho!

You always going to need to put on geek squad insurance cause It’s a life saver.

this is ridiculous i come to replace my ps5 controller and just because when i buy my older was on discount they charme 25 dollar for exchange a new one and also im buy warranty for 2 years and just because i replace the device warranty finish and if i need extended have to pay other 2 years
