Its good to replace item, but i must pay for the insurance after i use it. Isn't that what insurance is for?

Depend what you buy is good. But for Microsoft controls is kinda not worth it. Cuz every time that I change the control I have to keep buying it. 1st time charge me like $10 something 2nd time $19.99. So not happy with the product

They honor this without a question but it is a one time use product. I had to use it after one month (grandkids) and then had to buy it again. THAT part wasn't explained to me when they sold it to me.

I've had to use this a few times. The only thing is that it cant be transferred to the replacement part

It's really up to you, as to whether or not, it's worth the cost of the plan or needing to replace the object in case of accident. For my TV it was worth it. For my waffle maker it wasn't. It's a personal decision.

Kind of pricey, but absolutely needed on expensive controller I bought, the Xbox Elite Controller v2. Anything that is mechanical in nature and used heavily, I recommend getting the warranty.

Bit expensive for the hassle that comes with geek squad honestly.

One of the buttons stopped working two weeks in after replacement

I tried to return my ps5 control but they wouldn’t accept or honor my exchange. The manager was also being condescending

Good plan, I didn't use it it much but worth it if you have a lot of accidents.

Some of the people that work there do not know what they’re doing they lack the skill of professionally taken care of you the educational knowing exactly how to fix stuff is lacking they need a lot more training

This is a ok option if what ever you buy breaks atleast you can return it once. Bad part you will have to buy another warranty yo get your product covered again.

You need to buy this insurance for your product because its better to have this for nothing, but the service is taking a lot of time to get a response

Was a bit disappointed that there was no follow up to extend the warranty. I have been locked up in the house due to the pandemic so I could return my item under the warranty and it expired.

They now play games with some of your issues and have no longer been consumer friendly when trying to use the extended warranties. I so miss the old BestBuy and their friendliness to us.

Had a 2 year warranty, went in on the date of 2 years for them to have trouble for an hour and a half just to tell me they can’t do it because it’s “expired”. Last time I checked, 6/6/23 to 6/6/25 is 2 years. So keep this in mind next time you try to get a plan here
