Any time that I have had an issue (and there hasn't been to many tbh) they have come through with flying colors. My items have been promptly fixed or replaced. Will always ad the warranty to my Best Buy purchases!

this headset is amazing! good audio quality and great mic. zero distortion. the wireless adapter uses usb-c but the headset comes w a usb to usb-c dongle so you can connect it to your xbox. The headset also has Bluetooth so you can connect it to your phone and listen to music.

Super good headset really recommend by far better than the Astros the Astros always have problems

My husband had issues with his computer and they look at it . We left the computer and pick it up the next . My husband was so happy that his computer finally work. He works at home.

I think this is a good product to have if you have a lot of computer issues. but sometimes it's just easier to buy a new computer or laptop as once the thing has issues you will continue to have issues. I took my laptop in a bunch of times. I just broke down and bought a new one.

Necessary I always purchase. Product does not hold up under heavy use.

Its a beautiful iteam, really helpful especially due to the fact that it comes with different utilities to makw tge job even easier. Its very straightforward and simple to use, honestly I recommend this to a couple of friends/family. This is 10/10

I really love having this protection. It only took one damaged computer with no policy to convince me of the value. When I have needed help from Geek Squad, they have done a great job. Fast, professional, efficient.

Recommended, as Sony has cheaped out on replacement controllers. I am on my second replacement, after the original worked well for many years. First replacement fell to controller drift after 1 year and is not usable.

Saved my kid from having to pay full price for a replacement controller. Just buy another warranty and there you go.
