Purchased the protection for all of my video game controllers. it is definitely worth it as the controllers always break down within 2 years. Do it, no-brainer.

For as long as I’ve been a Best Buy customer, Geek Squad has never failed me once. I believe Geeks Squad has the best protection plans and services out there in the market.

A absolute must for electronics over 40$ because no one likes spending more money for faulty electronics.

This is one of those things you buy hoping you never have to use. But when you do have to use it... oh my goodness are you so glad you did. Truly zero questions asked (besides the typical “what’s wrong with it” and such) and just gave me store credit to get same item or a different item of my choosing. I now buy their protection with all of my big purchases knowing that Best Buy has my back.

Purchased, a two-year protection plan on a PlayStation five remote, went to replace it, and the replacement process was very easy and quick.

The employee was super quick and helpful with getting my PS5 controller and in the color I wanted!! They also made the transaction quick and easy so that I can get in and out quickly so that I could go home and try out my new controller!

Idk how many times the replacement saved me the headache of contacting the manufacturer support

Worth every penny. Sadly have had to use many times in the past for other purchases, but is as simple a process as it gets!

This is the best thing ever hands down. I just love the fact that all my items are protected and will be replaced for a little fee. Xbox controllers mess up a lot, with this I get a next controller every time they break for $50. Gamers don’t miss the opportunity……

Ive used Turtle Beach, Logitech & HyperX nothing compared to Astro's especially the a40's with the mix amp 80. Sound hoarding cant get any better !!

Ive warrinteed my remote becayse the dog ate it. I brouggt it in in a ziploc baggie. The remote died a seriouse death. No problem the warranty covered it no questions asked. But my name, phone number, and address

First time using this service for an xbox controller since they dont last long the wear and tear it's pretty good idea to use this if you want to make sure you get the full use out of it weather it expires sooner later or if the controller last that long never know

The wired setup ensures there’s no lag or battery concerns, which is a big plus. The cable is long enough for comfortable use, though I wish it had a detachable option for storage.
