Excellent option to get on top of the manufacture warenty

The protection plan is a must have. My son wears down his controllers way to often. With this plan, we can just go to Best Buy and tell them of the problem and we can go get another comtroller. This is especially important if you buy a controller just for looks but it plays like poo. Make sure to renew after you get the new controller.

Overall great service very kind to me and they also know how to handle their clients very well.
