This is an easy decision. If you make an expensive purchase, get the protection. I’ve done it for years and four years down the road when that expensive TV starts to flicker and give you problems, they just (most of the time) replace it. I had issues with Best Buy in the Past but never with the Geek Squad protection.

My turtlebeachs always break so figured it was time to get some protection.

Just get it! It'll save you so much money later on. Accident and defects happen.

They are very good at replacing and refunding I’ve also broken my phone and they had it fixed and it was usually in a timely manner

My controller had a problem with a button and they replaced it right away. The purchase was saved on their computer and I didn’t need my receipt but had it just Incase.

Been an easy job anytime weve had to make a claim on the protection plan. We have the total tech yearly membership and have had to use it a couple times. Super easy process.

I was able to get me a new controller with this warranty. you dont have to worry about buy a whole new controller when you have warranty

So awesome to get the 2 year warranty plan, my controllers analog stick gave out let them know what was wrong and replaced it! Just had to buy the warranty again but worth it!

Never tried geek squad but i did hear good things !

Got this for an Xbox controller. $20 is cheaper than a new controller and I had to replace my first controller within 6 months due to my dog dropping a baseball from the couch on it causing stick drift.

Whenever possible I purchase Geek Squad Replacement. In fact, I have had to use it a couple of time and Best Buy has been great in holding up their end of the deal. Highly recommend it.
