The 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Replacement is a great addition to add for any electronics especially on game controllers.

I can’t reccomend it more for controllers and headphones and anything alike! All my stress was relived once I get this

great controller overall but get the 2 year protection, youll definitely come across stick drift within that time and you can exchange it for a new one. This is why geek squad is so good... You can choose to renew the 2 year at that time, so basically you just pay 20 bucks for a new controller. im on my 5th controller in 4 years, but aggressive on the thumbsticks.

Best headset there is! Easy for movies or playing cod or fortnite. You hear everything the got steps and if ppl are sneaking up on you. Doesn't drain battery fast either lasts a very long time

100% recommend purchasing the geek squad replacement option on any controllers because the service was so great. My controllers bumpers stopped working and they switched it out with a new one.

I get this on my Xbox controllers as they break in a year every time. 20 bucks for a 60 dollar controller is great! Warranty ast two years!

I have used this, it’s no questions asked, and I appreciate the no anxiety upgrade when I have a broken product. It does cost a good amount, so I’m choosy about what products I sue this with.

Its great to actually buy a warranty from Best Buy so if it quits working i can take it straight back to the store and they replace it or refund purchase instead of sending back to the company i'll always get the Best Buy warranty on any future big item purchases
