By far best purchase I've made at Bestbuy. I've bought several Xbox Elite Controllers and they have all gone out. Visiting my local store for a replacement was quick and painless.

It’s great to know if and when something happens to my controller it’s completely covered! And I like that they promote this option in store!

I always purchase the 2year Accidental Geek Squad Replacement package. It comes in handy when you run into problems that you aren’t able to work through. Or when you purchase a expensive product just for it not to work. The Accidental Geek Squad Replacement agreement is a great deal and a life saver.

I always get the protection plan even if I don’t need it because there are days you will need it and don’t have it. For me a necessary for some not so much.

I purchased the extra warranty when I bought a headset for my grandson. This is the best warranty and the easiest one to use if you need to return the item. I had to exchange one item and it was the best and no hassle exchange I have ever had. The Geek Squad was excellent and very friendly.

No questions asked, just check the merch for quick return. Drifts, buttons not working properly. Just take in and get a new one!

10/10 lasted me atleast 1 year so far not alot of controllers can especially with the gaming i be doing

I add The Geek Squad protection plan everytime I buy a new headset for my son. This plan really is a grest deal. You have 2 years to use the plan to replace the item that is protected for equal or lesser value.

Glad to know I can be stress free using my product just incase anything happens in my rowdy household lol

10/10 would recommend. Its so incredibly easy to replace everything and with products feeling like they truly do have about a 2 yr lifespan, this is a slam dunk no brainer to add
