I havent had to use the warranty but I'm sure if I have to ill be happy with it because geek squad is actually in the best buys so you can take it to a Best Buy to get it fixed or replaced

Got the 2 year warranty, Sony needs to fix the stock drift and they make it difficult even inside your warranty to fix it, Best Buy makes it easy so that’s nice.

Really appropriate the help that i got with Geek Squad assistance in any of my items. I try to make sure that i always get coverage on all my items because i know i am in good hands!

I always get the service protection plan for my controllers. Once they get stick drift I return it and get a new one for $20. Can’t beat it.

They sent a rep in a timely manner to fix my tv. They had it done in about an hour. Had to replace the whole screen due to a manufacturer default.

Omg yesss. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I absolutely love this. My sons gaming headset wire got smashed buy the car door. I took the headset in grabbed one off the shelf. And they replaced it without any hassle. I knew right away to get another protection plan.
