I'm not sure what I even bought this 2 year protection plan for... I continue buying the replacement plans for things because Best Buy honors them and the return/replacement is no hassle at all. Once I remember which item I bought it for....

Really good might use it soon to be fair cuz dog or something had happen to cord of a headset product but that's ok it still works and the coverage is always replaceable.

The agents were able to help me check what the issue was with my device and gave me many option to choose from!

It’s worth it! I never thought I would sign up for this but was tired of switching out to new game controllers every 6 mths or less than a year. so I ended up using this warranty at about 6 mths when the game controller broke down again. And got new one as a replacement

Love this service! I normally opt out of warranty’s but I used them once and haven’t stoped using them sense . Quick easy and true to there word . Well worth the money spent . And it’s all kept track for you in your account . Win win .

Excellent warranty for my ps5 controller that would help me in case of any drift

This is going to be my 2nd time getting the Elite 2 controller and is one of my favoite ones! I am happy to get another 1, as my one before lasted 2 to 3 years!

The warranty program at Best Buy is Excellent. It is very reasonably priced using my Tech membership. We recently had to use a warranty and there was not problem at al get an item replaced. The Best Buy employee was very helpful and made the replacement process very easy.

Geek Squad usually makes things quick & painless for me when I have a warranty, so it’s always handy to have one on a product.
