I added this to my purchase of the XBOX Elite Controller. Absolutely necessary when you buy a Controller for $175. My only suggestion would be that if you have to use the warranty for a replacement, they should prorate the balance and apply it to the next plan you purchase.

I would never think of purchasing expensive products without any type of protection. This added protection gives me peace of mind and security, simply in knowing that I have the added protection. Geek Squad has always come through when a product has failed me.

Great product and very durable. Only problem is when I mix certain fruits with ice they don’t blend as well, maybe I should try adding a water or milk mixture .

I get this on everything i buy here its aleays good to have a back up plan and best buy replacement is mine.

Its pretty hit or miss with the geek squad. They know a ton and can help but cost wise its a bit much. If you have the warranty for the item that always helps but i had a problem with my pc and they wanted to charge over $300 to look at it and keep it over night. I ended up looking it up on youtube and fixed the problem.

Best Buy has the best warranty when it comes to your devices or items not working. With their HASSLE FREE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED approach is awesome. They will replace the item, or provide a refund, so that you may purchase a new one.

This is essential if you’re buying controllers! Easy to replace if you end up breaking your controller and free unless you want to buy warranty for the new controllers you’re switching out, which I recommend

The 2 year protection warranty is an excellent product to pay for With your product because anything can happen and it will be fully refunded Or replaced at the expense of the company you bought it from Which is a win-win situation In my eyes.

Works great, as made, unfortunately original just went bad and Sony replacement warranty is a pain in the but to use for replacement, so buy Best Buy warrantee.
