I will always pay a little extra cash for insurance on almost any item I buy from best buy. It's so easy to make a claim if a device is broken.

I have small children and i recommend every one gets an extra protection plan. With small kids its hard to always he safe. Things just happen its hard to say with these kids now days. I just want to be extra careful and safe.

I bought the warranty for the Xbox elite 2 wireless controller. It started having some connectivity issues. The warranty allowed me to have it replaced no questions asked. Would definitely buy again and I did buy it for the replacement.

I feel as if my controller is constantly being protected by the higher ups, because it has not even cracked once in the 700 times I’ve dropped it.

The controller broke in 4 months and I didnt wan't another that would do the same thing, so they gave me in store credit.

Having this plan is needed when you’re dealing with an 8 yr old. All it takes is one accident and the items I purchased are toast…lol. Money well spent for peace of mind.

i love the service for controllers and if u play hard you know your controllers will have issues especially if you play any NHL games with it that game is hard on controllers

Geek Squad service is much more economical than the annual support plan. It always includes a multi-year option which pays in the long run.

I always get warranties for electronics and big items, especially because it doesn't cost very much more. Always good to have piece of mind if something decides to break or so working. Haven't used it yet though.
