Great warranty program, one of the best I ever brought

Absolutely love and appreciate the Geek Squad and the coverage from the plan, have used it a time or two and is totally worth the hassle free experience of swapping out your items if need be.

I like geek squad services except having to wait until the second year to get help from the store i think if a person buys a warranty on a product from best buy it should start when at first with the two years from geek squad and not the first year with the manufacturer
