I've had wires torn, computers not booting up, broken screens, etc and they've always been helpful. It's a good investment on expensive products. You never know what'll happen so it's nice to know you'll be taken care of

It’s just a smaller system. Oh well people could think what they want it’s all good I guess

It has saved me over the years, when my 55" TV screen had a bad lines on the screen bottom. They did a in home service and replaced the screen, with 1 week.
