Geek Squad is always very helpful and have a friendly attitude. I trust them to fix and prices are good. I have scheduled many times and left satisfied.

If possible and depending on the item, I always purchase Geek Squad protection. In fact over the years, I have had to use it a couple of times and Best Buy was great about replacing my item.

Buy Geek Squad Protection plan if you have little kids. I don't have little kids, but I have an 7 year old niece that walks around with a device on her hands and never looks forward and eventually hits a wall and drops things. So protect your devices even if you don't have kids.

Well, to be honest, fortunately I have not had to use this yet and hopefully I never need to but I have had the opportunity to talk with geek squad a few times and get help at the store. I spoke with them about how to set up a tv that I bought and then about some settings with a PS5.

So worth it! I bought a disc PS5 and it had some hardware issues, brought it back and they replaced it immediately!

You never know when you might need it. But it's a good thing to have if you do. Cause you never know when something will get knocked over or dropped and broke.

Glad I purchased the warranty in case I have problems with it

Honestly when I buy a electric product from Bestbuy I love getting the protections. They always come through for us. Geek squad is something I truly recommend.

This is a good option to choose because things happen all the time. I would rather get my game checked and fixed rather than have to buy a new game

Geek squad couldn’t help and told me to go through Sony on fixing my ps5. Was kind of a PITA to have to deal with Sony but GS was helpful in directing how to go about getting my repair done.

If you’ve got a product that can easily be damaged by small children, I highly recommend getting this protection for it.
