I’ve had to file 3 claims for separate devices before and i was able to get 1 product replaced, another repaired free of charge , and store credit for my previous Ps5 claim.

When I got it, the seal was cut and everything has been touched. Tried to contact customer service to get some kind of discount for purchasing an open box when it was supposed to be a new box. They talked to the customer service and they were completely rude and I didn't get nowhere so I guess this will be the last time I purchased anything. And I will tell everyone else to go somewhere else to purchase items
